I’m exploring rest, pause and regeneration practices.

As Pause Lab I explore rest as a foundation of wellbeing, creativity and sustainable work.
By bringing together insights from creative practice, modern work culture, psychology and neuroscience, I’ve created a holistic experience.

I designed a workshop that helps individuals and teams understand how energy works, why we get exhausted, and how to recover in a way that actually restores focus, clarity and creativity.

The exhibition explores how everyday objects come to life — from raw materials to finished products. It reveals the hidden journey behind items we often take for granted, showing what materials they come from, how they were crafted, and who made them. Through design, craft, and production stories, the exhibition encourages reflection on consumption, origins, and the deeper meaning of the things around us.

Wytwórczo / Makingly

Wytwórczo / Makingly was a fully remote international conference dedicated to the idea of ‘new craft’ - exploring how contemporary making evolves at the intersection of tradition, design, technology and social change.

The event brought together makers, designers, researchers, and artists to discuss the role of the workshop, embodied knowledge, new tools and technologies, and the social dimensions of craft. It was a space for rethinking what craftsmanship means today and how it shapes culture, creativity and everyday life.

Social Innovation

#menopause

One of my current social innovation projects focuses on empowering women during the menopausal transition. I work to expand knowledge, resources and public awareness around menopause, helping to challenge stigma and make this stage of life more visible, supported, and understood.

As part of the social innovation generator Sieci Wsparcia, together with Magda Kochanowska, we develop tools, content, and community-focused solutions that strengthen wellbeing and create more compassionate conversations around midlife transitions.
